Conditions of Practice
It is the client’s responsibility to inform the therapist with a minimum of 72 hours notice if a session is to be cancelled.
If the client fails to make the appointment and has not given appropriate notice regular fees will be charged.
Clients contacting the therapist more than 20 minutes after the session was scheduled to begin may consider the session cancelled and are responsible for payment.
It is the responsibility of the client to contact the therapist at the commencement of each session.
Payment for each session is required in advance and fees are subject to an increase of £10 per year on the 1st of January.
If a client does not schedule for 3 months (12 weeks) and wishes to return at a later date they will re-enter the practice at the new fee, should it have changed.
Limits of Confidentiality and Duty to Warn
All communications in therapy are confidential and privileged. With the following exceptions:
The requirement to report incidences of child abuse being perpetrated
The requirement to comply with a court order
The requirement to prevent harm to the clients themselves or to someone else, should such plans be disclosed

Risks and Waiver of Liability
You are fully aware of the risks and potential hazards involved in participating in trauma informed therapeutic process work. You understand that your participation in psychotherapy may release strong emotions and memories and you accept this possibility and the results of such emotional releases, disorientations and projections. You acknowledge there are risks and dangers of dysregulation involved in your participation in inner work and trauma informed psychotherapy that your therapist Camilo Gallardo is not responsible for or guaranteed to eliminate. You acknowledge and assume full responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being, you agree to waive all claims of liability and any lawsuit or other proceedings, like Ethics, alleging psychological or physical injury to your person or property connected with your participation in therapy with Camilo Gallardo.
The intended beneficiary of this waiver is Camilo Gallardo.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Camilo Gallardo for any costs and legal fees arising from any legal, ethical claims or allegation of harm, injury, or negligence due to your participation in psychotherapy with him, both online or in person, or in the communications between you and him via Telephone, Email, Messaging or social media, outside of therapy hours.
I have read and agree to the above conditions and terms and declarations understanding that they will all come into effect as soon as I pre-pay for a session with Camilo Gallardo using Paypal, or make a payment via bank transfer or agree to commence therapy via Email, messaging or phone conversation.
It is the Client's responsibility to find, read and agree to, the terms of the Risks and Waiver of Responsibility and the complete Declaration of Understanding.
Disclaimer (Psychedelics)
Psychedelic integration involves processing of psychedelic experiences after the fact, rather than during a psychedelic experience. As a psycotherapist overseen by UKCP, I follow a harm reduction philosophy of substance use. I do not encourage engagement in illegal activities, including the purchase and consumption of illegal substances. I do not offer guided psychedelic experiences, nor do I see clients who are under the influence of psychedelic substances during integration sessions.
I do not offer referrals to private providers who offer guided psychedelic experiences, and I do not assist clients in finding or obtaining illegal substances. If you are interested in a guided psychedelic experience to address mental health issues, you may wish to visit the MAPS website to see whether you might qualify to participate in a current trial.
Declaration of Understanding
I acknowledge that I have read and understand the above and any questions pertaining to the above have been answered by Camilo Gallardo.
